The new BMW 6 Series Convertible gets a little less camouflage
The replacement for the BMW 6 Series has been running around the world in a swirl of black and white camouflage for so long it will need a facelift before it launches. But the camouflage is gradually being reduced as the launch gets closer – perhaps even at Paris this year. We’ve had the speculation this last week that the new 6 series is the production version of the Gran Coupe Concept from BMW.
Talks between Saab's owner Swedish Automobile and two Chinese investors on a takeover deal to rescue the ailing carmaker will continue even though a memorandum of understanding signed by the parties only runs until Tuesday, Saab said. Mazda gave its Mazda6 its world debut today at the 2012 Moscow auto show. The Mazda6, which is the production version of the Mazda Takeri concept first seen at the Tokyo motor show last year, follows the automaker's new ‘KODO - Soul of Motion' design language. The Mazda6, which measures in at 4,800mm long, 1,840mm wide, 1,450mm high with a wheelbase of 2,830mm, features the ‘signature wing' - an element of the new design language - set into the front, while the creases extending from the tips flow into body character lines.
